1964 Ariel Golden Arrow, 250cc two stroke twin cylinder.

An older restoration not done by me, still in reasonable condition, Starts good and goes really well.

Some bits are not original, handle bars etc.

Some one has messed with the engine number but I do think that it is a golden arrow engine by the way it goes.

Correct carb for the bike.

The gearbox cover, points cover, front suspension covers and the toolbox cover has been rechromed again not by me but is in excellent condition.

The wheels has some minor rust spots but still look good.

The silencers has some minor rust spots but still looks good.

Seat is in good condition, no rips or tears

There is only one grab handle on the back

The bike is taxed (free) and mot'd until 5th January 2013.

The reason I am selling this bike is because I have another Golden Arrow

BSA Bantam D10. Abandoned project. This sale is for my Bantam D10,which I have been restoring for yeeaarrs. It has gone on for so long that I have now lost interest in it.All the big and expensive stuff has been done. Powder coated frame,re-bushed and assembled swing arm,re-rimmed and respoked wheels,all tinware proffesionaly painted (black two pack). There is also loads of new parts. Restored/rechromed petrol tank, loom,bearings set, gasket set,chrome parts levers handle bars etc. When completed this would make a really nice (perhaps slightly over restored) bike.
